Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unopened condition. Sealed booster packs, booster boxes, and sealed products cannot be returned once opened.

Eligible Items

  • Sealed products — unopened and in original packaging
  • Single cards — in the same condition as received
  • Accessories — unused and in original packaging

Non-Eligible Items

  • Opened booster packs, boxes, or sets
  • Digital codes that have been redeemed
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged by the customer

How to Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
