Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

We currently ship domestically across Australia and internationally to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. International delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery on the carrier's website.

Packaging

Cards are shipped with appropriate protection: single cards in penny sleeves and top-loaders, and sealed products in bubble mailers or boxes. We take great care to ensure your cards arrive in perfect condition.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
